Returns/Exchanges and Refunds Policy

We are honored to make the perfect cosplay costumes for your choosing CosDaddy. Your satisfaction is the most important thing that we are constantly pursuing. If unfortunately, you find that our costume has the following problems that do not meet your requirements, you have the right to return the clothing for a refund. As costumes from CosDaddy are all Custom-made according to the buyer's own measurements, it's really important for us to offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy. We will also check each order before we arrange the shipment.

1. Defective/missing items/sizes are different from our website size chart.

If you find that the package is missing or the wrong size, the customer should contact us within one week of delivery and send us a photo to our email to support the claim, We can arrange new lost items for free. Especially for costumes with the wrong size, once we confirm that it was caused by us, we will make a new costume for free (by the way, the difference of 1-2 inches is acceptable, the difference of 1-2 inches is normal). If the buyer provides the wrong size, CosDaddy is not responsible for it, If the buyer will re-purchase a new one, we will charge a new fee at a 10% discount. In this case, if the size modification is required, buyers should send the costume back to us at their own cost and we will charge buyers for the revision at cost. 

We do not accept refunds and exchanges for items we have not made wrong.

But if the size is multi different from your size, we will provide a new one for the wrong part for free(This only applies to people who choose a custom size).

The following items do not include return or exchange:

  •    Items that have been used or washed.
  •    The smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
  •    Stained items
  • Attention please:

    only the listing price excluding shipping fees would be refunded. 

    Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items at their own expense through registered mails with an online delivery tracking number.

    The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 days after we accept your return request, the refund will be returned back to your account after 24 hours after we proceed with the refunds. 

2. Order Cancellation / Change

All CosDaddy costumes are made in your own size, please check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you place your order. If an error has occurred in the processed order, please email it to us within 24 hours of submission, and the order cancellation or change will only be valid for this time frame. Because Our tailor will customize the costume for you within 24 hours of receiving your payment. 

For all costumes:

1. Standard Size

- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund,

- Orders canceled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.

 - Orders canceled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.

 - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Custom-made size 

 - Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund,

 - Orders canceled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

 - Orders canceled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.

 - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Please notePaypal’s latest regulations, since July 21, 2021, Paypal will charge a processing fee of 4.4% + $0.1 for each order. If you want to refund after placing an order, we need to deduct this part of the processing fees. Thank you for your understanding

3. Wrong delivery address/upgrade delivery method will send the shipping information address to all the order emails provided by the customer, so the customers are responsible to supply the full address information. If there is error address information in the order during the checkout process, we have to refund for avoiding the package being sent to the wrong address. (Different from the order delivery information) If we send the package to the correct shipping address, we will not be able to continue the refund. is not responsible for any additional costs required to reship or retrieve the package. Shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose. 

Noted: The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 days after we accept your return request, the refund will be returned back to your account after 24 hours after we proceed with the refunds.
