    we ship worldwide. Most Orders(Except the custom-made costumes) will be despatched in 7 business days once the payment was cleared, Shipping in two business days once the payment were cleared and usually 5-7 days for delivery, NO overnight shipping. We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. 

    For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 10-15 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. Then the costumes will be sent out via Express, the delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 5-7 working days delivery. 

    The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

    All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.

    Shipping cost will be shown before you submit the order, it depends on the country and weight.

    The shipping of the items is online traceable.

    Returns & Replacements

    we strive to offer 100% satisfaction to all our valued customers. We offer a refund or exchange/costume alternation for defective items, missing items, or items significantly different from our description. As the costumes from www.cosdaddy.com

    are all custom-made according to the customer’s measurements, we offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy.

    1.Wrong size, defective, missing items, or items significantly different from our store description.

    Customer should contact us within 7 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund. For costumes that are made to the wrong size, www.cosdaddy.com will make a new costume for free – if it is determined that we made

    the error.

    However, www.cosdaddy.com will NOT be responsible for sizing errors in custom-made costume if the customer has provided incorrect measurements. In this situation, the customer has the option to keep the original costume and receive a new item at 20% off the list price, or ship the costume back to us for revision ( at customer expense ), you will then be charged for revision cost only.

    If you are not 100% satisfied with the items for any other reason, you may request a refund. Please note that only the list price for returned items will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    The customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Returns must be made through registered mail at the customer’s expense. Please provide an online delivery tracking number.

    The following items Are Excluded from Return or Exchange Policy:

    Costumes/Wigs that have been used or washed

    Costumes/Wigs that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume

    Costumes with stains

    2. Incorrect Delivery Address

    www.cosdaddy.com ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. In the event that shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during the checkout process,

    www.cosdaddy.com will not be responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve a package.

    Payment

    There are currently two ways to pay. Most customers are used to accept online payment with credit card. If customers don’t have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums of our costumes, we strongly recommend Western Union Money Transfer. 

     Online payment via Paypal by using your credit card. Paypal is the most frequent payment method. It is fast and efficient. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you don't expose your credit card number to merchants

                 For all costumes:

    1. Standard Size

    - Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund,

    - Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting  of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase

    price 

     - Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.

     - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

    2.Custom -made size 

     - Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund,

     - Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting  of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase 

    price .

     - Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.

     - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

    For Wigs and Shoes or other Accessories Category:

    - Orders cancelled within 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, 

    - Orders cancelled 48-72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price, 

    - Orders cancelled after 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of only the full shipping cost, 

    - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

    How to cancel an order that has been paid

    We understand that ordering an item for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our  costumes are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun,the materials cannot be reused.

     The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
